Our dog looks fabulous!! He is a great big Golden doodle who was starting to look more like a sheep dog! Rochelle got him all cleaned up and he came home happy!

I’ve taken my Chihuahua to get groomed here a couple of times and Rochelle always does an amazing job with her haircut and bath every time! The only complaint I have is that when I arrived for my appointment, the door was locked and no one was answering the phone. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 pm and I didn’t get into the building until almost 3:00 pm. I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication and apology from the groomer for being late and not valuing my time as a customer. Other than that, 10/10!

Great experience from start to finish! Rochelle was friendly, professional, and made Jasmine feel comfortable right away. The de-shedding treatment worked wonders and now her coat looks smooth, shiny, and so much lighter. Nails were trimmed perfectly, and she smells amazing. On top of that, the facility itself is beautifully designed. It is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. They truly care about the pets they work with, and I’ll definitely be bringing her back!

I recently took my dog to Wags & Wild Dog Spa for a grooming session, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they provided! From the moment we arrived, the groomer was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. The groomer took detailed notes about exactly how I wanted my dog’s cut to look. The service was impressively quick, I just ran some errands then got a text that Jasper would be ready for pick up shortly after that. When I picked him up, Jasper’s coat was beautifully cut and he seemed so much happier and more comfortable with his new look. I’d highly recommend Wags & Wild Dog Spa to anyone seeking a skilled groomer who will take care of your best friend and deliver fantastic results! Don’t worry about the price, it’s about the same everywhere. They kept my dog calm and not caged up waiting all day!

Major is my darling shih-tzu but he can snap while being groomed . Rochelle understands and works with him so well that today he had a “no issues” and “good dog” grooming report! I couldn’t be happier. AND Major is happy - he is unstressed - and he looks awesome!

They did a great job getting my nervous pup’s nails trimmed. We have very rarely been able to successfully trim her nails, but they did it with no problems!!!

Rochelle is AMAZING!! She is super kind and gentle with the dogs. She does super fantastic with the the cuts even specialty cuts with all the dogs. I can't say enough good about her. You guys have to take your dogs to her. She great even with reactive dogs that no one else wants to groom. You make appointments so there isn't a lot of chaos at the time your dog is there.

Had a solid experience with Rochelle. My Aussie came in with some matting from poor care and she was very well taken care of. Rochelle also gave us some great advice on how to maintain a healthy coat.

Rochelle did a fabulous job with my cocker spaniel. She gave her a beautiful cut!

Rochelle was awesome to work with !! My girls can sometimes be a little weary of new people but they didn’t seem to skip a beat with Ro. They came out looking sharper and happier !! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful, clean facility. My dog, who is normally quite fearful, adores Rochelle and is always excited to see her. I really like that Rochelle takes her time answering all my questions and explains things in simple terms. She genuinely loves animals and her work. She is particularly good about shaping heads and feet. I like knowing she was a vet tech before a groomer because she lets me know if my dog has something up with her skin that needs to be looked at by a veterinarian.

Lilo looks more beautiful than ever after her groom, and was even able to have her nails trimmed, which is always a struggle. 100 % recommend a groom with Rochelle 💖
