1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments are required for all grooming services.

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling to ensure fairness to other clients.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Pet Health & Safety

  • For the health and safety of all pets in our care, your dog must be current on rabies vaccinations (up to date on ALL vaccnations is prerferred). Proof of vaccination must be presented and kept on file with Wags & Wild.

  • Dogs must be free of contagious conditions (fleas, ticks, or illnesses). If a condition is discovered, services may be paused or declined.

  • We use a Fear Free approach to reduce stress, but if your pet becomes overly anxious or aggressive, we may stop the session for their safety and ours.

3. Grooming Consent

  • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that grooming can involve some risk, especially if a pet is severely matted, anxious, or aggressive.

  • You consent to our groomers using their professional judgment to act in the best interest of your pet.

  • Additional fees may apply for extra time, de-matting, or handling needs.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

  • A deposit may be required when booking certain appointments.

5. Website Use

  • Our website content (text, photos, branding, etc.) is for informational purposes only and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

  • We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information (including prices, availability, or service descriptions) is always up to date.

6. Liability

  • Wags & Wild Dog Spa is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or reactions that may arise from grooming, including stress, irritation, or unforeseen medical issues.

  • Owners are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, behavior concerns, or special needs at the time of booking.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the effective date listed above.
